 I know... I know... You’re think where have you been and I apologies on behalf of the Bethel Mag team, we will never leave you folks hanging again. Since it has been a while we knew that we had to come back with a BIG BANG. We cranked the volume up a notch and interviewed an international artist.... yes I know we have never done it before! We got an exclusive interview with the U.S.A Billboard Gospel Artist winner Flame.


Some of you folks are counting down the days till next year so you can make your new years resolutions and already seeking the Lord for the word for next year. Who knows that God is still able to bring to pass the things that He promised for this year even though there is only a couple months let to the year. Is there anything too hard for our God? Remember this is the year of Unparalleled boldness we still need to be executing that boldness and enlarging our territory. Obedience to God’s Word is what will cause us to walk in that boldness. I know we say it every month but seriously this issue is going to have you on you feet wanting to be about Our Heavenly Father’s business.


This issue deals with issue such as singleness.. Is it really a disease that we need to get rid off, missing our opportunity, obedience to our parents being a training field for our relationship with God and many more

I’m back hope you missed me don’t worry I came back with
something for you!


We’re half way through the year so we thought so what better thing to talk about than how much God loves us. We thought we’d challenge all of us to realise who we were in Christ and understand the hope we have in Christ and the real reason He died for us... it was love, pure and simple.


Back to what I got for you guys *drum roll* -
We wanna welcome our newest writer Rachael Olajide and assistant editor Sheila Mburu.

Hi guys (*waves*), as the loveryly ( :p Marie-Antoinette said, I’m sheila, the latest addition to the bethel mag team. This issue, we have an exciting variety of articles to inspire you, motivate you, make you think, and most importantly remind you how much God really loves you.

OK this month has been a little crazy with so much happening and so many releases - we love it!


God is doing some really amazing things and we’re just proud to report on it’s
product - great music!


We check out Brewer and Jayess’s mixtapes and Joelle shares a beautiful piece called ‘Hide Me Heal Me’ and we go in on another chapter of building a successful music/ fashion ministry... I will take this moment to stress the words ‘go in’ lol.


Dont know if you’ve guessed but I aint Marie-Antoinette, hence the lack of bubbly lovliness which we have become so used to, but hey - she will be back with all that fluffiness next issue (btw dont tell her I called her fluffy, she’ll drop kick me like Thor lol).


This issue’s testimony is one that I won’t forget very easily, God truly has an amazing plan for each and every one of us and its all about being sensitifve to His divine direction. We all fit into it in our unique but sometimes quite simple and seemingly unspecial ways (if unspecial is even a word).

Wow we are already in March, the months this year have flown by so quickly. Soon it’s going to be April (my birthday month woop woop) and our competition for the UKs favourite female Gospel MC has taken a crazy twist..... There was a tie... Yeah I know! Well get your vote on, we need a WINNER!


Cages are going to be rattled this month, each issue B.M aims to challenge you and make you think about a range of things.... Well this one kinda hits home. The question we have found ourselves asking is ‘Who are we really?’ and ‘Who does God think we are and who does He want us to be?’


We also caught up with Cadet who dropped some bars on us and got reviews for two of last months hot events Unrestrained Worship and In Pursuit of Destiny.

Hmmmmmm... February... on one hand most peoples finances are getting back into shape after Christmas then one another hand Valentine’s day threatens to destroy all ‘financial healing’ that has taken place in our bank accounts, well for the guys anyway...loool
For many ladies this is a weekend where diets get put on pause, and indulgence goes to a whole other level!


As you can probably tell we’ve gone all ‘relationshippy’ on this episode but dont fret, we’ve also got our usual juciness and ‘hard bodied’ topics too!
We were blessed to have Dr Jaimie Garande and Bishop Tudor Bismarck AND Pastor Chichi Bismark share some priceless insight.

Happy new year everyone! Yay we made it! Thank you Lord! Woop Woop!
So this issue is going to start on a different foot, we have up a gear and are going some where no Christian media has gone before...


OK, we’re starting to sound like Buzz Lighter but the heart of it is, we are going to speak on uncomfortable things but it is all out of love. We’re doing it to bring healing and growth that is necessary to the UK Gospel music and fashion industry.


For those that are following us on facebook and twitter. You will know that in
December we realised that the UK Gospel scene is missing acclaimed female MCs.


So... We have begun looking! It’s reached a point where we have actually started running a whole campaign to find female Gospel Mcs. We are sure that there are some out there - That are actually good too!
